New Construction
Turn‑key Plumbing and Heating for New Builds
From permit drawings and code reviews to final commissioning, we handle every mechanical aspect of new commercial construction. Our scope typically includes underground services, rough‑ins, fixture installation, gas piping and final testing. We coordinate closely with your general contractor to meet milestones and inspections.
How We Work
- Plan: review drawings/specs, flag RFIs, align on milestones.
- Rough-in: underground/stacks, tests, and inspection coordination.
- Final: fixture/set, tie-ins, commissioning, deficiency list, closeout.
Typical Scope
- Underground, stack rough-ins (DWV/vent), pressure tests, inspection sign-offs
- Domestic cold/hot water distribution, balancing, recirc, mixing valves
- Fixture packages and trims; flushing/commissioning; as-builts and closeout docs
- Mechanical tie-ins: boilers, unit heaters, in-floor radiant, make-up air
- Backflow devices, test reports, and municipal compliance
